Congratulations to our 2012 Spirit Award Winners

We have announced the winners of our 2012 Spirit Award. Three awards were given to agents who exemplify our spirit of being “In Service to Others” on a daily basis, as selected by their peers. The winners are: Tiffany Delkin McCarter of the Pearl District office; Kevin Caplener of the Hawthorne office; and the Lake Oswego office unanimously chose to honor Kathryn Rosendahl posthumously. Kathryn passed away in November 2011. Her award was accepted on her behalf by her husband, Tom, and her long-time business partner, Michele Tumpane. Each of the winners was recognized by the partners, staff and their peers at the annual Realty Trust State of the Company meeting held at the Multnomah Athletic Club. Congratulations to our winners and thank you for representing the spirit of Realty Trust.
